
Step 1: Register (or Claim Your Listing)
Complete the registration form here and be sure to select 'Business Account'. You will be prompted to select a Vanity URL for your store front "www.myilive.com/username" (no spaces allowed in username, and it must be at least 4 characters). This can't be changed at a later date so choose wisely!
Please note that passwords are cAsE sEnSiTive, and be sure to save your password in safe place.
You will receive an email from 'MYiLIVE Account Manager' with an activation link to confirm your email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Step 1a: Claim Your Listing
In certain instances you may have a general listing on MYiLIVE already which could be from a user recommendation. You may want to do a quick search (located at the top of this page) for your business before registering to prevent duplicate store fronts (and in turn spreading your 'fans' thin!).
Should you find an existing listing, please click the 'Claim this Store Front' link and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Login and Set Up Your Store Front
Once you've registerd and confirmed your email, you're ready complete your store front! Begin by clicking 'Edit Store Front' in your left hand navigation after logging in.
You will see various fields to fill in with your Business Information, go ahead and complete these until you reach 'Locale'.
- the Locale field allows you to join your local city homepage which makes it easier for local consumers to find you! If your city is not listed, please select 'MYiLIVE Nation'.
Please note that MYiLIVE is not limited to just these locations. We offer local home pages as a convenience to our busier cities. Want to request a location? Ask us!
To choose a Business Category, begin typing in the Category # 1 field. If your category does not appear, please click on the 'View All Categories' link to browse our existing categories. If you do not see your category listed, you can submit your profile with an unlisted category and it will become available upon approval.
The 'Product Display Name' allows you to customize the name of your Product Rolodex which appears on your store front home.
Step 3: Create Products (including Bulk Upload)
You have two options to upload your products; one at a time, or upload in bulk with our CSV option. Let's go over a single product upload first:

Click 'Manage Products' and then ' Add a New Product'. This will bring you to the product creation page where you can upload an image, fill in the product title, designer/brand, price, color, size, SKU #, description, buy link, and tags.
- Use the "Buy It" field to link the product back to your website's shopping cart or product information page. If you do not have a shopping cart or a website, we are working on additional checkout procedures for you.
- Tag your products with unique qualities or criteria to ensure proper indexing in our search engine.
The efficient way to upload a large group of products is with our CSV upload. On the Manage Products page, click on 'Import Products via CSV' which brings you to instructions on how to create your CSV file. A CSV file is essentially a specialized Excel Spreadsheet and is also known as a 'Data Feed' file.
- We recommend downloading our sample CSV file to ensure you have the proper fields* in the correct order (the fields MUST match to ensure a trouble-free upload)

If you keep your inventory in a POS system, you should be able to Export an Excel or CSV file
- Match the relevant fields (i.e. Product Name) from your existing product spreadsheet to the matching fields of the MYiLIVE CSV file (or you may rename the fields of your Excel Spreadsheet to match the CSV file, and do a 'Save As' and select .csv as the file type)
- You do not need to fill in every field of the CSV file, we only require a Product Name & Product Description.

*when filling in the Free Shipping, New Item, Sale Discount, or Must-Haves column, simply put 'Y' or 'N' or 'Yes' or 'No'. These icons will appear with your product and in our Product Search*
Step 4: Manage Photos
This is where you should upload your default store front image(s). Simply click on manage photos and upload the picture you would like to use as your main photo. If you upload multiple photos, you can change the main picture by clicking 'Make Default'.
Step 5: Manage Events
Post events to announce upcoming sales, special events, product releases, parties etc. Click on Create New Event and fill in the relevant fields. Your events will be added to the main event calendar on the home page, all feeds, and to your store front. If you have a weekly event, select
'Recurring Event' which will automatically post your event to the calendar each week for 3 months.

Step 6: Manage Coupons
Create coupons for customers to take advantage of. When users view your store front, they can 'Clip' your coupon to save for future use (if they do not redeem today!).
Your coupon will also appear in our product searches:

Step 7: Join the Fan Interaction
You'll notice a 'What's New' box at the top of your home page where you can make announcements and share updates with your fans, MYiLIVE users, and visitors to your store front. Once you share your announcement, it will appear on your local home page, the MYiLIVE Nation home page, your fan feeds, and at the top of your store front.
Step 8: Upload or Create a Custom Video
There is nothing quite like a custom video to showcase your business. Step 9: Manage Your Account Functions
Your Manage Account page is home to your important account functions, such as updating your email, password, and email preferences. You may choose to be notified when your store front gains a new fan, review, comment, or if you receive a new message. These default as 'off', but they are a great way to keep up to date on the activity of your store front. Select 'on' and click to submit to update.
